Book Review: Incarceron
Incarceron — a futuristic prison, sealed from view, where the descendants of the original prisoners live in a dark world torn by rivalry and savagery. It is a terrifying mix of high technology — a living building which pervades the novel as an ever-watchful, ever-vengeful character, and a typical medieval torture chamber — chains, great halls, dungeons. A young prisoner, Finn, has haunting visions of an earlier life, and cannot believe he was born here and has always been here. In the outer world, Claudia, daughter of the Warden of Incarceron, is trapped in her own form of prison —…

A dream and a giveaway ;).
I have a dream. I have a dream that someday I’ll live in the house my heart desires, complete with a giant living room, comfy bedroom, lots of space (enough for a library of course) and gorgeous decor inside. *sigh* It probably won’t happen for a while, but a girl can dream! Isn’t this vanity gorgeous? It reminds me of something you’d see in a Victorian era house. With the top covered in sparkling perfume bottles, brushes and combs. I could sit in front of it and get gussied up for the day to come. Yup, I’m a dreamer and…

With her life about to become a complete mess, Zoey fights back the only way she knows how, using her famous attention to detail to make sure she’s the perfect daughter, the perfect student, and the perfect girlfriend to ultra-popular football player Brandon. But then Zoey is in a car crash, and the next day there’s…

Some things I’ve learned.
I was going to post a Teaser Tuesday post, but then I decided I’d rather spend this post writing to all you fabulous readers. Memes are great, but what I really want is for you to know that I enjoy posting in here and I’m willing to spend time writing more when I have that time! The two month anniversary of this blog is slowly approaching, and it is still surreal to me. On April 17th, I finished reading through my gigantic list of book blogs and was feeling so happy!
