It is Monday once again friends, and hopefully it’s treating you kindly. I apologize for being so scarce around here lately. I was burnt out, I went on vacation and had a blast, and then I came back and I still can’t seem to get back into the groove of things. Trust me, I’m trying! It’s just going slower than I’d like. Happy Monday, my little readers! I’ll admit, this weekend wasn’t all that fruitful in terms of reading. I watched a ton of tv though! It seems I’m in “zone out” mode lately, just trying to make it through one day at a time. The bright spot of that is that between Netflix, Hulu and HBO there are a TON of things for me to watch right now. I’m in content heaven, and I have no complaints! It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? (4/8/19)
Happy Monday, my little readers! I’m hoping you had as lovely of a weekend as I did! I didn’t get much reading done, but honestly it was kind of nice to take a break. I spent time with family and friends, ate way too much good food, and just spent time with my hubby. Weekends like that keep me sane, and so I’m not too sad that I had to give up reading time. Sorry for the radio silence last week, y’all! I was sick on Monday, and then the work week ended up being a lot busier than I expected. It’s crazy how my anxiety can go from being 100% manageable, to exhausting, in no time flat. This last week was quite the balancing act, but I did! And I’m proud of myself. Oh, wow. How the heck have 13 days of the year already flown by? It feels like the first two weeks of January barely count at all, because everyone is trying to get back from vacation, get back to real life, and settle back into the work they left behind. It’s been a weird transition for me, because I feel like a new person this year. I’ve been calmly keeping up with my goals, and reading like a mad woman.
