Blogger Backstage Pass: Candy from Just Me, Myself and I!

Welcome to 2014 bookish people!
Blogger Backstage Pass is back for the new year, and I’ve got some great bloggers to share with you. Are you always looking for new blogs to follow? Love getting to know your fellow readers? Here’s
your chance.
Each month I’ll pick a new blogger and host them here! You’ll get to see an interview with them and nab all their contact info. Also, in case you forget who they are and want to visit them, their information will be in the right hand sidebar all month.
This month’s featured blogger is…

I’ve been blogging just a little over a year. It is a book blog that features blog tours, reviews, book spotlight, excerpts.cover reveals, book blitz, and giveaways. It is mostly YA but I have gotten into some NA.

1) Hi Candy! Welcome to the blog. Let’s start out by getting to know you with a lightning round! Fill in the blanks:

One book I read can read over and over is ( Showdown by Ted Dekker ).
My favorite place to curl up with a book is ( my couch ).
( Airicka Phoenix ) is an author that I just love!
As a blogger, I’d describe myself as ( informative ).

2) How did you find the book blogging community, and what prompted you to start your own blog?

I found the blogging community from friends’ facebook posts. I was playing around online one night and after seeing a few book blogs I decided I need a place where I could express my thoughts and feelings about the books I read. I wanted to share my joy for books with others so they could enjoy them too.

3) What would you say has been your favorite part of being in the blogging community?

I love meeting new people. It is so cool, I have friends all over the world now! I’ve connected with people who have the same interests as me.

4) What three books would you absolutely recommend right now?

Only three…hhmm let’s see, If I had to choose I guess I’d say:
Betraying Innocence by Airicka Phoenix
Resisting Fate by Heather Van Fleet
Sweet Oblivion by Bailey Ardisone

5) Do you have a favorite genre? Or do you read whatever strikes your fancy?

My favorite genre is YA paranormal romance

6) Any final words?

Thanks for having me. Looking forward to meeting new fellow book lovers, bloggers, and authors in the fast approaching year of 2014.
