Joan Holub, mega author of over 120 children’s books, is here today in honor of the reading challenge! To represent her newest release, Aphrodite the Diva, Joan has brought along a decadent summer recipe. One fit for a goddess! This sounds delicious to me, no wonder it has Ambrosia in the name.

The goddessgirls and godboys at Mount Olympus Academy dine on fabulous foods that cause their skin to slightly shimmer. Ambrosia salad (with a sip of magical nectar) is one of their favorites!
