“Me Mondays” July 5th
Oh wow. That’s a hard call! However I promised I’d answer whatever was asked, and so I shall narrow it down for you.
If someone handed me a plane ticket right now that I could use to go anywhere (and still come home at the end), I know I’d end up in New Zealand. Ever since I met my friend Missy and saw her pictures, heard her rave about the gorgeous landscapes, and researched all the hiking trails out there…I knew I’d go someday!

Have you seen the Lord of the Rings movies? Probably, because if you haven’t you’ve been living under a rock. In which case, hi and welcome to the world! No really, those movies were filmed in the lush hills of New Zealand. This country has a very tourist driven area, and then another area of untouched and beautiful hiking trails. The perfect combination!
I’ll admit I’ve had my eye on this area as a place to visit for a long time! I promised myself that if I haven’t gone by the time I’m retired, I’m taking whatever money I have left and taking off to visit. Doing some hiking, see the sights, just being part of the serene landscape. Doesn’t this picture look like something you’d like to visit? I know it does for me!
