My name is Jessica Torres and I am, among other things, a certified bibliophile. Chances are that anytime you see me I'll be carrying a book. There's also a strong possibility that you might see this face. I get pretty excited about things some times. It's a fact.
To save you a long, drawn out explanation I'll stick to the facts. When I was little I read a lot. In fact, I read every book in our local library meant for kids and had to move on to adult books at the age of 12. They put me on the panel for new book purchases. Did I mention I like books? Now that I'm in my 20's my love of books is even stronger. I hope to keep it that way forever!
I started this book blog in April 2010 as an outlet for my love of books. It was nice to be able to stop harassing my best friends with book recommendations, and start sharing those with people who genuinely wanted them. Also I'm just a sucker for sharing my opinion. What can I say? When you blog, you have the power.
My tastes include everything from Historical Fiction to Paranormal Romance. I've tried to keep my blog as eclectic as possible, and it is my hope that you'll find something to love while you're here!
